About the class: almost every Friday, noon - 1:00 pm CST, all-levels welcome, donation based class $5 - $25 suggested, minimal props needed.
An open level class for those who would like to spend time upside-down when at home or at the gym with guidance. Topics covered include form and technique, prehab for shoulders & wrists, free standing and wall/prop drills, and generally how to have fun while learning to handstand (no prereqs, come as you are, minimal props).
